
Sweet Potato Pie
A Southern classic dessert made easy with Princella.
Ingredients
- 1 can Princella Mashed Sweet Potatoes (15 oz)
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup evaporated milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine Princella Mashed Sweet Potatoes, sugar, eggs, evaporated milk, cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the center is set and a knife inserted near the middle comes out clean.
- Cool completely before slicing.
- Serve as-is or with a dollop of whipped cream for a holiday-perfect finish.
